Return Policy

As a small business, we are unable to process returns, but we are more than happy to exchange your purchase.

Need to Make an Exchange?

No problem!  We will accept most apparel exchanges up to 60 days after the original purchase date, with a receipt. Apparel items must be unworn, unwashed & with original tags still attached.

Non-apparel items must be unopened & in resell-able condition to be eligible for exchange.

Policy Exceptions:

  • Holiday merchandise is only eligible for exchange more than 2-weeks prior to the holiday under which the merchandise falls.
  • Food & Treat items are not eligible.
  • Limited Edition, Grab Bag & Clearance are not eligible.
  • Custom items are made just for you and are not eligible.

Need to Exchange an Event purchase?

Event purchases can be exchanged in our retail store, at another event we have a booth at, or via mail (customer is responsible for all freight charges). Please contact us to arrange your exchange so we can be sure we have an appropriate replacement for you.

Unable to Find Your Receipt?

We may be able to help locate the original purchase to process your exchange. Purchases made with credit/debit cards may be able to be looked up using the last 4-digits of the card. We may ask for a valid ID, so please have one handy just in case.
